Job Overview The Experienced Freight Broker Carrier Sales Representative supports freight brokerage and freight forwarding logistics by developing carrier relationships, coordinating client communication, and helping arrange reliable freight movement. This role combines logistics sales, customer service, sales negotiation, and client relationship management to support effective coordination between clients and carriers. Duties Build and maintain productive carrier and client relationships through clear, responsive communication. Support freight brokerage and forwarding logistics by coordinating carrier capacity and shipment needs. Negotiate with carriers and clients to align logistics requirements and service expectations. Provide customer service and follow through on communication related to freight coordination. Your impact: Strong carrier coordination and client communication help customers move freight with dependable service. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience using TMS software, Truckstop, and DAT. Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, logistics sales, customer service, sales negotiation, or client relationship management. Preferred: Experience with Highway.
