What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off (PLO) Paid vacation and holidays Paid training and ongoing development Opportunities for career growth within our dealership group Supportive, team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities Work closely with service technicians and advisors to accurately identify and supply the correct parts Locate, source, order, and invoice automotive parts using dealership inventory systems Accurately identify and price parts for service repair estimates and recommendations, ensuring advisors can promptly present quotes to customers for approval Manage special orders, backorders, returns, and incoming parts shipments Monitor parts availability and proactively address shortages to minimize technician downtime and repair delays Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control and organization Collaborate with the service team to improve parts fulfillment and workflow efficiency Utilize dealership technology and digital tools to streamline daily operations Qualifications Minimum 1 year of automotive parts experience required Dealership parts department experience preferred Hyundai parts experience a plus Dealertrack experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive components, systems, and repair-related parts Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology Comfortable using digital tools and adapting to AI-powered systems and automation Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic High school diploma or equivalent Build Your Career With Us If you're an experienced automotive parts professional who takes pride in keeping technicians productive, embraces new technology, and wants to grow with an established dealership group, we'd like to hear from you.
