Experienced Automotive Parts Counter Associate

Bill Dodge Auto Group is a family-owned automotive group, proudly serving our communities for over 50 years. We are seeking an experienced Parts Counter Associate to join our growing Parts Department. Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 per year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Do Assist internal and external customers with parts requests Research, source, and order parts as needed Maintain accurate records of invoices, special orders, and inventory transactions Process parts returns and warranty-related documentation Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory Prepare parts for shipment, delivery, or customer pickup Assist with inventory control and stock order management Ensure all parts transactions are accurately billed and documented Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department What We're Looking For Previous automotive parts department experience required Experience using Tekion and Microsoft Office preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Requirements Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to successfully complete a background check What We Offer Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Customer and Recruitment Referral Programs Career Advancement Opportunities Employee Discounts on Sales, Parts, and Service If you're looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a growing organization that values teamwork and professional development, we'd love to hear from you. $Ol35
