Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations. This role is responsible for menu development, kitchen leadership, food quality, and operational excellence across multiple events and locations. The ideal candidate brings both creative flair and strong organizational leadership to ensure every event exceeds client expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute diverse, seasonal, and customizable menus for a wide range of events
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control across all events
  • Participate in food tastings for clients executing a walk through of the requested dish selected, cooking, and presenting each course to the client
  • Manage inventory, sourcing, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality ingredients
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards

Collaborate with Operations and Executive teams to align culinary offerings with client needs

  • Monitor food costs and optimize kitchen efficiency and profitability

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in catering or high-volume events
  • Must have a vehicle for transportation
  • +18 required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional culinary creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

 

Travel Requirements

  • Frequent local and regional travel to event venues, production kitchens, and client sites
  • Occasional long-distance travel for large-scale or destination events
  • Ability to transport between multiple event locations within tight timeframes
  • Willingness to adapt to varying kitchen environments and on-site conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle for transportation required
