Estimator/Project Manager

AF Group Ltd. is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. We are seeking a construction professional who is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects from initial estimating through to successful completion. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering commercial, institutional, and high-end residential projects , working closely with our leadership team, clients, consultants, and trade partners. What You Bring Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating and/or project management Strong ability to prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and competitive tender submissions Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, schedules, and budgets Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation Knowledge of procurement, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and cost control Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities Established relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and industry professionals are considered an asset A positive, solutions-focused attitude with a desire for professional growth Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed construction estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to establish accurate pricing Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Identify project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering solutions Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and quality standards Manage change orders, project documentation, and client communications Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and profitably Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners Why Join AF Group Ltd.?
