Established Painting Subcontractor Crews Wanted – 4+ Years

Job Description True Tone Pro Painting is seeking established and experienced painting subcontractor crews to partner with us on residential and commercial painting projects throughout South Florida. We are NOT hiring individual painters or employees. This opportunity is exclusively for established subcontracting crews with a minimum of 4 years of professional painting experience. Our company is responsible for securing clients, providing projects, and managing each project from start to finish. Our subcontractors are responsible for supplying all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the assigned work. We are looking to establish long-term partnerships with professional, reliable crews capable of delivering high-quality workmanship. Subcontractor Compensation & Structure ● Subcontractors receive 45%–55% of the total contracted job price, depending on the project scope and agreed-upon terms. ● Subcontractors are responsible for 100% of labor and material costs, including their crew, supplies, tools, and equipment. ● True Tone Pro Painting is responsible for securing the projects, handling client relationships, and overseeing project management throughout the process. ● All project pricing, payment terms, and responsibilities will be agreed upon before work begins. ● Opportunities for consistent projects and long-term collaboration. Requirements ● Minimum 4 years of professional painting experience. ● Must have an established painting subcontracting crew. ● Must operate as an independent subcontracting business. ● Must provide all necessary labor, painting materials, tools, and equipment. ● Experience with residential and commercial interior/exterior painting. ● Ability to supervise and manage your own crew. ● Reliable transportation. ● Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. ● General liability insurance preferred. ● Must be able to provide photos or examples of previous work. Subcontractor Responsibilities ● Complete assigned painting projects according to agreed-upon specifications. ● Supply and manage all labor and materials. ● Perform preparation, patching, sanding, priming, and painting. ● Maintain clean and organized job sites. ● Meet agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards. ● Communicate project updates with our management team.
