Your Role on Our Team: The equipment operator is responsible for moving product throughout the warehouse. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: Drives each forklift to assigned location to pull product Delivers product to designated area in overstock, to be replenished or shipped Stacks and moves empty pallets and wire baskets to correct destination Locates all received product to a forward picking bin or designated overstock location Ensures all carries receive the correct paperwork Operates wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area The TOOLS you’ll bring with you: High School or GED diploma required Experience in shipping and receiving required (prefer experience in automated Distribution Center environment) Strong computer skills and math skills required At least 1 year of experience driving each forklift specified below. Other TOOLS we prefer you to have: Experience driving a Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Order Picker, and an Electric Pallet Jack. Working Conditions: Manufacturing Plant Standing for long periods of time Repetitive motion Able to work in various temperature conditions Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds Ability to walk/ stand for a minimum of 8 hours The physical and weightlifting demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
