Entry-Level Automotive Parts Counter Person – Full-Time We are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Parts Counter Person to join our automotive dealership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in the automotive industry and learn the dealership parts business. No dealership parts experience is required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, is organized, comfortable using computers, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Assist technicians and service advisors with locating and ordering parts Look up parts using electronic parts catalogs Receive, label, stock, and organize incoming parts Pull parts for repair orders and technician requests Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter Answer phones and assist with parts inquiries Maintain accurate parts inventory and bin locations Process parts returns and warranty parts as needed Help keep the parts department clean and organized Work with the service department to ensure technicians receive parts quickly Learn manufacturer and dealership parts procedures Perform additional duties as needed to support the department What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with computers Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction Valid driver's license Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required Parts, warehouse, retail, mechanical, or automotive experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to safely move, stock, and organize automotive parts Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay Full-time position Paid training Opportunity for advancement Employee discounts Benefits available based on company eligibility requirements Why Join Us?
