Entry CDL driver

Overview Owner Operator looking for a drivers or New Drivers are welcome part time are as well. Driver who doesn’t mind me riding with them until they are comfortable to go on their own. Lanes are not long, home everyday. Mainly running Amazon Relays and whatever between.. Must be able to get onboard with Amazon. 5 days on $700 6 days $800. This is seasonal for 2 months, but if things work out there is room for more opportunities.. Duties Operate and drive various types of trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. Load and unload freight securely to prevent damage during transit. Follow designated routes for deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Manage freight documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Skills Proficient in truck driving with experience in route driving and freight transportation. Familiarity with operating forklifts for loading and unloading cargo. Knowledge of safety regulations related to truck driving and freight handling. Strong organizational skills for managing delivery schedules and documentation. Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Experience with various truck types including flatbed, roll-off, dump truck, and tractor-trailer is preferred.
