End-Dump Driver

Responsibilities Operate end-dump trucks efficiently to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, or debris across construction sites Safely load and unload materials using heavy equipment like excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, graders, and water trucks Conduct pre-trip inspections of trucks and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations Coordinate with site supervisors to determine delivery schedules and routes Assist with basic maintenance and mechanical checks on trucks and related machinery Support other heavy equipment operations including horizontal drilling, tanker handling, paving, and grading tasks as needed Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, inspections, and maintenance activities Qualifications Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record Proven experience operating dump trucks in construction or similar environments Hands-on experience with construction site operations and safety protocols Ability to operate additional equipment like horizontal drills or paving machinery is a plus Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment If you’re passionate about construction, skilled in heavy equipment operation, and eager to contribute to impactful projects, we want to hear from you!
