Employee/ Store Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Employee/Store Manager to lead and oversee daily store operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient store functions. Your leadership will foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, operational excellence, and growth. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage. Manage daily sales activities using POS systems, sales reporting, and reconciliation. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Coordinate purchasing decisions, inventory control, and stock organization to optimize product availability and presentation. Requirements Automotive/ mechanical knowledge Retail sales and customers service skills Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, computer systems/ cataloging. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 – 52.0 per week Work Location: In person
