Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Clerk / Unloader

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Clerk / Unloader to join our team. This dual-role position combines administrative EVV data management with hands-on inventory unloading and warehouse operations. Pay & Training: We are willing to pay more if you have prior EVV experience! Don't have EVV experience? No problem— we are fully willing to train the right candidate! Key Responsibilities EVV & Administrative Duties: Monitor, track, and verify Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) records and timekeeping entries. Enter data, update schedules, and resolve visit exceptions or mismatches in the EVV system. Communicate clear, professional updates and information to care staff, supervisors, and clients. Unloading & Physical Operations: Safely unload incoming shipments, packages, and deliveries from trucks Qualifications & Requirements EVV Experience: Prior EVV experience is a major plus and qualifies you for higher pay , but we are willing to train candidates without prior EVV experience! Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay with higher hourly rates for candidates with EVV experience. Complete hands-on training for the EVV system and warehouse processes. Collaborative and supportive work environment. Computer Skills: Must have solid basic computer skills and be comfortable using software programs, data entry tools, and email/chat. People Skills: Must be able to talk to people comfortably, politely, and professionally. Physical Capability: Must be physically able to lift, carry, push, and move up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the work shift. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
