Electrical Project Manager and Project Supervisor

Red Tree Holdings We are an experienced electrical contracting company with 30 years of experience in the construction industry. This is a leadership role for an experienced electrical construction professional who can lead projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will combine strong field experience with project-management capability, supporting estimating, project planning, procurement, scheduling, staffing coordination and successful field execution. The role will work closely with our field leadership and management team to ensure electrical projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and with strong attention to quality and cost. Key Responsibilities · Plan and manage commercial and industrial electrical projects from startup through closeout. · Support estimating, scope review, constructability review and project handoff. · Develop project execution plans, including staffing resources, materials, equipment and scheduling requirements. · Coordinate electricians, project leads and subcontractors as well as provide leadership to field teams. · Monitor project schedules, identify upcoming constraints and communicate schedule impacts. · Track project costs, labour productivity, commitments and overall project performance. · Manage procurement requirements and ensure critical materials and equipment are identified and ordered in advance. · Review electrical drawings, specifications, shop drawings and project requirements. · Identify design conflicts, scope gaps and constructability issues before they affect field productivity. · Manage RFIs, change orders, extra work and project documentation. · Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, utilities, suppliers and other trades. · Support site safety requirements, toolbox talks and project-specific safety planning. · Monitor quality and ensure work complies with drawings, specifications and applicable electrical standards. · Provide regular project reporting to management. · Lead project turnover, deficiency completion and closeout. Qualifications · Significant experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction. · Previous experience as an electrical project lead, supervisor, project coordinator or project manager. · Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications and construction methods. · Ability to estimate labour, materials and equipment requirements. · Strong planning, organization and problem-solving skills. · Experience coordinating manpower, schedules, procurement and subcontractors. · Understanding of project budgets, cost control and change management. · Strong leadership and communication skills. · Comfortable using—or learning—digital estimating, scheduling and project-management systems. · Strong understanding of electrical construction safety and quality requirements.
