With three retail locations and a growing eCommerce business, our team members pair customers with their dream bike everyday, make repairs and adjustments, and share the enthusiasm of all styles of cycling. Role Description: As an Order Fulfillment & Bike Boxer, you’ll be helping get products ordered online into customers’ hands in Calgary and across the country. Accurate order picking, packing, and shipping is vital to ensuring our customers receive exactly what they ordered and in a timely manner. Proper bike boxing ensures that customer's dream bikes arrive just the way they have envisioned them. As a member of the eCommerce team, responsibilities include: Initial picking of orders placed through our website. Preparing packages of items for shipping to customers. Packing bikes for shipping according to our standards. General upkeep of the eCommerce area to maintain cleanliness and organization. Wage Range: $17-19 per hour Job Qualifications: Ability to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day Comfortable with consistent workflows and tasks Experience with shipping modules like ShipStation is an asset Excellent time management and communication skills Working at The Bike Shop will provide you with: A fun, challenging, and fast-paced work environment.
