What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory workflow, from receiving incoming packages to preparing electronics for online resale. Package Processing & Receiving: Accurately open, log, and process incoming shipment packages, customer returns, and trade-in kits. Inventory Management: Scan, label, organize, and store devices in assigned inventory locations. E-Commerce Preparation: Assist in listing, packing, and prepping verified inventory for resale across marketplaces like eBay. Pallet & Supply Logistics: Unpack incoming freight deliveries and keep track of shipping supplies (boxes, bubble wrap, labels) so operations run smoothly. Facility Upkeep: Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workspace. What We’re Looking For High Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small details, match serial numbers accurately, and carefully handle electronics. Reliability & Punctuality: Dependable attendance and a consistent work ethic every day. Tech Comfort: Comfortable using basic computer software like Microsoft Excel, using barcode scanners, and online shipping/inventory tools such as creating UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping labels. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift packages up to 30-50 lbs.
