E-Commerce & Warehouse Assistant

Overview The ideal person is someone who is reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn . You don't need to already know how to sell products online — we're looking for someone who is willing to learn the process and gradually become comfortable handling product research, photography, listings, and order fulfillment. This is a varied position where your day may include working on the computer, researching products, taking pictures, creating online listings, and helping in the warehouse . Duties Computer & Online Tasks Navigate the web and use basic computer programs Assist with online orders and e-commerce tasks Enter and organize information accurately Check and update orders as needed Communicate and coordinate through email or other online selling platforms Warehouse & Fulfillment Pull and organize products for customer orders Cut and measure fabric accurately Fold, package, and prepare products for shipment Pack and fulfill orders Organize inventory and keep the workspace clean Receive, sort, and put away materials when needed Assist with general warehouse duties Skills Basic math skills for counting stock accurately and managing inventory records effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in stocking, picking & packing items efficiently. Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across various warehouse functions. The Ideal Candidate The ideal person is flexible and willing to do whatever needs to be done . Some days may involve more computer and order-processing work, while other days may involve cutting fabric, packing orders, organizing inventory, and other warehouse tasks. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, has a positive attitude, pays attention to detail, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
