Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Shipping Team Member to join our warehouse team. With hands-on warehouse experience is required, with a strong background in picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate can work efficiently, maintain accuracy during busy shipping periods, and manage daily fulfillment tasks with minimal supervision after training on our procedures. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and careful handling of fragile products. Responsibilities Pick and verify customer orders, ensuring correct products and quantities. Pack orders efficiently and accurately according to company standards. Securely wrap oils, glass bottles, and other delicate products to prevent shipping damage. Use shipping software to prepare labels and verify package information. Identify and report damaged products, missing items, and inventory discrepancies. Organize completed packages for carrier pickup. Restock packing supplies and maintain orderly shipping stations. Follow established warehouse workflows, safety procedures, and quality standards. Communicate fulfillment concerns promptly to a lead or manager. Maintain consistent productivity and accuracy as order volume changes. Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping, including sweeping, removing trash and cardboard, wiping down work surfaces, and keeping warehouse floors, aisles, and shipping areas clean and safe. Assist with general warehouse duties, including restocking, organizing inventory, moving products, and maintaining supplies. Support other warehouse and business needs as assigned by management. Duties and priorities may change based on daily operational demands. Required Qualifications Extensive recent, hands-on warehouse experience, particularly in shipping and order fulfillment. Demonstrated experience picking, packing, labeling, and processing orders in a high-volume environment. Familiarity with shipping software, barcode scanners, and inventory or order management systems. Ability to follow packing instructions, verify order details, and catch errors before shipment. Strong organization, time management, and ability to prioritize daily shipping tasks. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and effective teamwork. Ability to perform duties involving standing, walking, bending, repetitive movements, and moving products, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be at least 18 years old and have open availability, including both Saturdays and Sundays.
