E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist (Whatnot Live Sales)

About Us We are a growing online business specializing in live-stream sales events via the Whatnot platform. Following our live broadcasts, our operations team manages the quick and accurate distribution of hundreds of individual consumer orders. We are currently expanding our dedicated, internal inventory and logistics team to ensure a seamless experience for our buyers. Position Overview & Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the physical preparation and processing of outbound parcels. This is a hands-on position requiring sharp attention to detail and consistent physical movement. Order Retrieval: Locate and pull purchased inventory from organized, indexed bin systems based on digital order. Quality Control & Packaging: Securely pack customer items according to strict company guidelines, ensuring items match invoice details perfectly. Documentation: Utilize company devices to photograph prepared orders prior to sealing for quality assurance records. Shipping Preparation: Securely seal and apply carrier shipping labels to finalized packages, then organize them in designated pick-up zones. Facility Maintenance: Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked workstation to optimize daily fulfillment cycles. Work Schedule & Logistics Hours: Consistent weekly shifts focused around our peak dispatch window, which requires Saturday and Sunday availability. Additional weekday hours may become available based on broadcast volumes. Location: Candidates must have reliable transportation to our operational site in Miami, FL 33131. Candidate Qualifications Strong reliability and commitment to punctual attendance. High level of attention to accuracy and detail during high-volume periods. Physical capability to stand for the duration of a shift and safely lift packages weighing up to 25 lbs. No prior logistics experience is required; comprehensive, structured on-site training will be provided to all new team members. Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly structure with bonus potential.
