E-commerce Operations Specialist (Bilingual English/Chinese)

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, bilingual E-commerce Operations Specialist to help establish, manage, and grow our online retail business across multiple U.S. e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and other online sales channels, with the ability to independently manage daily e-commerce operations and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Set up and manage online stores on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms. Create and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions. Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and profitability. Manage online advertising campaigns, including Amazon PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Monitor inventory, process orders, and coordinate shipping with warehouse teams. Research market trends, competitors, and new product opportunities. Identify and develop additional online sales channels. Monitor sales performance, advertising costs, and profit margins. Assist with product sourcing, wholesale sales, and private-label development. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. e-commerce operations. Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or Walmart Marketplace required. Familiarity with Shopify and Facebook Marketplace preferred. Experience setting up and managing online seller accounts. Knowledge of product listings, online advertising, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required. Experience in general merchandise, consumer products, or wholesale distribution is a plus. Compensation Depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
