Equipment King LLCE-Commerce Sales ManagerJob Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead and grow our online sales department at Equipment King LLC & KingBidz Auction House in Lewisburg, Tennessee. Our operation includes a 68,000+ square foot warehouse filled with a tremendous variety of inventory, including equipment parts, tools, appliances, industrial products, home improvement products, building materials, collectibles, surplus inventory, liquidation merchandise, and countless other products. This is not simply an eBay listing position . This is a management and leadership opportunity for someone who can take ownership of an entire online sales operation, develop efficient systems, manage employees, increase productivity, expand sales across multiple platforms, and help maximize the value of the inventory coming through our doors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently with minimal supervision, solve problems, build processes, and take responsibility for the overall success of the department. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the entire eBay and e-commerce sales department. Develop systems, procedures, and workflows designed to maximize efficiency and profitability. Oversee the process of photographing, researching, identifying, pricing, listing, selling, and shipping large volumes of products. Establish and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly listing and production goals. Manage inventory flow from initial intake through final shipment. Oversee shipping operations, order fulfillment, and customer service. Ensure customers receive excellent service and support throughout the purchasing process. Handle customer questions, complaints, returns, and other issues professionally and efficiently. Research products and determine accurate market values and competitive pricing. Oversee product identification, cataloging, organization, and inventory tracking. Work closely with warehouse staff, sales managers, auction staff, and inventory personnel to maintain an efficient flow of merchandise. Expand online sales across multiple platforms, including eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Mercari, Whatnot, Shopify, and other online marketplaces. Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, profitability, productivity, and overall department performance. Monitor sales performance, listing volume, inventory movement, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators. Create regular reports for management detailing department performance, accomplishments, challenges, and opportunities. Recruit, train, supervise, and develop additional team members as the department grows. Coordinate with part-time employees, remote workers, and support personnel. Maintain accurate organization and tracking of online inventory. Assist with social media content creation and digital marketing campaigns. Support live selling, video marketing, product promotion, and other methods of increasing online exposure and sales. Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase productivity, reduce inefficiencies, and maximize revenue. Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly production and sales goals. Take ownership of department performance and continuously look for ways to grow the operation. Skills Extensive experience selling on eBay is required. Experience managing an online sales or e-commerce operation is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of online marketplace sales and product listing processes. Experience with shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Strong product research and pricing skills. Ability to accurately identify products and determine appropriate market values. Experience with platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Mercari, Whatnot, Shopify , and other online marketplaces is preferred. Strong computer and organizational skills.
