DZ Driver

Hanlon Park Storage is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Part-Time Mobile Storage Driver to join our team in Guelph. In this role, you will be the face of our mobile storage service—safely driving and delivering mobile storage containers directly to our residential and commercial clients, dropping them off, and returning them to our facility. With a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule offering 15 to 30 hours per week , this role offers a great work-life balance with no weekend work . Key Responsibilities Deliver and position mobile storage containers safely at customer locations using our DZ delivery truck. Operate specialized hydraulic or lift systems equipped on the truck to load and unload containers levelly and securely. Conduct thorough daily inspections (pre-trip and post-trip) of the truck and mobile storage equipment, maintaining accurate logs. Provide exceptional customer service on-site, assisting clients with placement instructions and answering basic questions. Assist in the yard with container organizing and moving, utilizing material handling equipment. Qualifications & Requirements Licensing: Valid Ontario Class DZ driver's license. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience driving commercial delivery trucks. Driving Record: A clean driver's abstract and CVOR record. Forklift Skills: Experience operating a forklift is a strong asset for yard management. Dependability: A proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and working well independently. Spatial Awareness: Excellent backing-up and maneuvering skills to position containers safely in tight spaces (driveways, parking lots). Schedule & Perks Hours: 15–30 hours per week.
