Hess Landscaping & Excavation, LLC is seeking a reliable, experienced, and hardworking Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team! We are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work, operates equipment safely, and is willing to be a team player. Responsibilities Safely operate tri-axle dump trucks to transport stone, dirt, asphalt, and other materials. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Transport materials to and from construction and excavation job sites. Maintain a clean and properly functioning truck. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures. Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and crew members. Assist with additional job site responsibilities when needed. Participate in snow removal operations during the winter season. Must have experience operating an 18-speed manual transmission. Be available for daytime, nighttime, and occasional weekend work as needed. Qualifications Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) required. Clean driving record required. Previous tri-axle dump truck driving experience preferred. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices. Ability to operate in various weather and job site conditions. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and overtime. Experience with snow removal is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Overtime opportunities.
