Duties Safely operate dump tractor trailers to load, transport, and unload materials such as scrap metal. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations during transit to prevent accidents or damages. Collaborate with warehouse teams, dispatchers, and site managers to coordinate timely deliveries and pickups. Skills Proven experience operating dump tractor trailers or similar heavy-duty vehicles in a commercial setting. Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting incidents or maintenance needs. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record is required.
