DSP Dispatcher

Job Summary Rise Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Dispatcher to support our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operations at DMD5. This role is responsible for coordinating daily delivery operations, supporting drivers throughout the day, and ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time route completion. Responsibilities Monitor driver progress and daily route performance using Amazon dispatch systems (Cortex and related tools). Provide real-time support to drivers throughout the day. Coordinate with Amazon Operations to resolve route and delivery issues. Respond quickly to delays, vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and other operational challenges. Monitor delivery metrics and help ensure routes finish safely and on time. Complete daily dispatch reports and end-of-day closeout procedures. Maintain accurate operational records. Promote a positive, professional, and safety-first culture. Assist with fleet and dispatch planning. Ability to deliver packages and take routes with the drivers Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Amazon DSP dispatch experience (preferred). Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Comfortable using computers, mobile applications, and dispatch software. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
