Driver & Warehouse Support Neighbours feeding neighbours. The Regina Food Bank is looking for a safe, reliable driver to keep food moving across our city. This role is part road, part warehouse floor: you'll pick up donations, deliver hampers and product to our 86 partner agencies and schools, and help the warehouse crew between runs. You'll often be the face of the Food Bank at every stop, so how you treat people matters as much as how you drive. What You'll Do Pick up donations — collect food from grocers, businesses and community food drives. Deliver across Regina — bring hampers and product to partner agencies, schools and clients. Drive our fleet — operate transit vans and 3- and 5-ton trucks and use Motive and Routific on a mobile device to complete routes and records. Drive safely and keep food secure — complete pre-trip inspections, report vehicle defects, maintain delivery records, secure every load and protect the cold chain. Help the warehouse crew — unload at the dock, move product with pallet jacks, track inventory, and pick and pack between runs. What You'll Bring Class 5 licence — a valid Class 5 driver's licence and a driver's abstract in good standing. No air brake endorsement is required. Winter driving — confidence behind the wheel in a Saskatchewan winter, and solid knowledge of road safety. Knows the city — comfortable with GPS, and ideally you already know Regina's streets. Physical ability — regularly lift up to 40 pounds, approximately 50 times per day; operate pallet jacks; stand for extended periods; and work in refrigerated or freezer areas when required. Friendly and reliable — punctual, clear with people, and calm when the day doesn't go to plan. Sit-down forklift certification — an asset, not a requirement. Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, with evening or weekend work required only occasionally. A three-month probationary period applies. Competitive pay, health benefits, RRSP and vacation. Applications remain open until the position is filled The Regina Food Bank is committed to an inclusive workplace and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates. We thank all applicants for their interest; only those selected to move forward in the hiring process will be contacted. Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 37.5 per week Benefits: Extended health care RRSP match Work Location: In person
