What You’ll Do As our Driver, Logistics & Operations Associate , you are the vital link between our San Carlos commissary kitchen and our stunning boutique locations. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring our high-end creations arrive fresh, flawless, and on time. Morning Delivery Runs (6:00 AM – 8:00 AM): Beat the Bay Area traffic! Transport delicate pastries, cakes, and artisan breads safely from San Carlos to our Mountain View and Burlingame boutiques. Corporate Brand Ambassador (From 7:30 AM): Represent Maison Alyzee at corporate delivery sites—delivering order setups with a warm, professional, high-touch attitude. Kitchen & Operations Support: Keep operations running smoothly at our San Carlos facility by assisting pastry chefs with organization, light prep, inventory restocking, pastry & baking equipment cleaning and workspace maintenance. Logistics & Stock Control: Track non-food inventory, manage incoming shipments, and maintain organized storage areas. Quality & Safety Standards: Uphold pristine food safety, sanitation (HACCP, DPH), and OSHA guidelines to protect our team and product quality. What We’re Looking For Driving Record: Valid California Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR). Early Riser: Reliable and punctual for 6:00 AM starts , with availability for weekends and holidays. Experience: 1–2+ years in delivery driving, logistics, catering, coffee shop operations, or food retail preferred. Physical Stamina: Ability to comfortably lift, move, and transport packages weighing up to 35 lbs. Mindset: Proactive problem solver with high attention to detail who takes genuine pride in quality work.
