SENTINEL TRANSPORTATIONJob Description: The Driver Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating driver schedules and vehicle utilization to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality deliveries. This role involves proactive communication with drivers, customers, and Sentinel management to anticipate and resolve potential delivery issues, prevent runouts, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Job Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher or in a transportation/logistics coordination role Prior experience working with hazardous materials (preferred) Familiarity with FMCSA, DOT, FHWA, and HM regulations (preferred) Skills: Strong organizational and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Comfortable learning and using new technologies Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Wage Range: 57000.00 - 57000.00 per year General Description of Benefits: Highly Competitive Pay Unmatched Retirement Benefits: 6% Company Match Contribution with Immediate Vesting and an Additional 6% Company-Funded Retirement Savings Plan.
