Driver Helper - Part Time

Role Overview: This position supports delivery operations by assisting drivers with unloading, checking product quality, and delivering to customer locations. Responsibilities Unload and inspect product quality, rotate stock, and ensure proper handling of produce. Assist drivers with driving and delivery tasks. Report incomplete deliveries and handle customer complaints professionally. Operate company equipment safely, perform pre-trip inspections, and follow safety guidelines. Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Experience with handcart and electric pallet jack operation. Strong communication skills and ability to perform basic arithmetic. Knowledge of delivery schedules and product quality standards. Physical Requirements Frequent movement of products weighing up to 50 pounds, occasional up to 80 pounds. Ability to climb on/off trucks, bend, squat, push, and pull. Work Environment Cold warehouse setting, working in confined spaces. Extreme weather conditions may be encountered.
