Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules. Compile reports on inventory levels and costs. Ensure accuracy in order management systems. Identify and resolve potential gaps in demand/supply forecasts. Comfortable presenting and building consensus in multicultural environments. Regularly engage in managing and resolving escalations in operations planning. Key Responsibilities Manage and communicate weekly forecasts for sales and operations. Ensure order management accuracy in enterprise systems. Identify and resolve discrepancies in demand and supply forecasts. Drive internal recaps for operations planning. Manage and measure supply chain processes, including risk and shipping performance. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of related experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials. Proficiency in office applications like spreadsheets and word processors.
