Responsibilities Assist drivers with the safe loading and unloading of construction materials using manual handling techniques and power tools. Help secure loads properly according to construction plans and safety regulations, including erosion control measures. Support the transportation of equipment and supplies across construction sites, ensuring adherence to OSHA safety standards. Participate in site safety protocols by assisting with climbing tasks, using respiratory protection, and following workplace safety regulations. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate deliveries and ensure timely project completion. Assist with equipment repair and maintenance tasks as needed, including handling basic mechanical issues. Help interpret technical drawings and construction plans to support site operations. Experience Previous experience in industrial or construction environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans is advantageous. Knowledge of erosion control techniques and construction workplace safety regulations is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or climbing structures when necessary. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection, and general workplace safety practices. Experience with power tools, manual handling, and basic equipment repair will be beneficial. Motivated team player with excellent communication skills eager to contribute to large-scale construction projects.
