We’re seeking experienced, dependable drivers who put safety first and take pride in delivering quality service. What We Offer - $30–$36 per hour, plus drop-and-hook pay - $150 monthly safety bonus - $1,000 fast-track sign-on bonus - Cell phone reimbursement - Paid time off - Overnight regional runs throughout New England - Home after every shift - Drop-and-hook, no-touch freight - Flexible scheduling based on demand The Role - Drive regional routes between local stations and hubs - Dispatch from our local terminal - Work overnight shifts, typically 8–12 hours - Safely and promptly complete assigned runs Requirements - Valid Class A CDL - At least 21 years old - At least one year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last three years, or six months of accredited driving school plus six months of verifiable driving experience - Doubles endorsement, or willingness to obtain one - Clean MVR and CORI - Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen - Ability to understand highway traffic signs and rules of the road - Dependable, honest, safety-minded, and able to work independently and as part of a team Our Mission At Haynes Trucking Inc., our mission is to hire safe, experienced CDL Class A Drivers to make our Line Haul services stand out in the industry.
