Full-Time Driver Location Job Type Salary Range Folcroft, PA Full-Time | On-site $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Position Summary The Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely handling of freight, including shipping, receiving, and internal transport. This role also supports occasional airport drop trailer operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and logistics partners to track and manage shipments, ensuring deadlines are met Verify, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing freight for accuracy and compliance Perform reweighing and dimensional (DIM) measurements of packages Operate forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and secure dock and warehouse environment Conduct daily dock checks and report status updates to management Ensure all required shipment documentation is completed and submitted accurately Comply with all TSA, FAA, and company safety and security regulations Perform basic facility and equipment upkeep Support airport drop truck operations, including the safe transport and handling of cargo trailers as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, air freight, or line-haul operations required Licensing, Clearance & Driving Requirements Valid driver’s license required Must be eligible for TSA and FAA security clearances (training provided) 21+ years of age Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical exam Satisfactory driving record Skills & Preferred Qualifications Dangerous Goods Awareness training a plus Basic computer skills required; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word) is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask Effective communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting Position is contingent upon a successful background check and an acceptable motor vehicle records check. Work Schedule & Environment Warehouse environment with moderate noise levels Exposure to varying temperatures (heat and cold) Consistently report to work on time, prepared to perform required duties Ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move items weighing 25-65 lbs. regularly Ability to perform repetitive tasks and movements Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour The base pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
