The SFO office is close-knit, operationally hands-on and expanding quickly, with a domestic department that is growing fast. About the Role A full-time domestic operations role covering a later shift, working alongside the domestic manager. About 80% of the role is domestic freight operations and about 20% supports a growing warehouse operation. Key Responsibilities Book and manage domestic shipments across LTL, FTL and domestic air Coordinate domestic ocean moves to Miami and Alaska Track shipments, resolve exceptions and keep customers updated Work with carriers on rates, capacity and service issues Support warehouse operations: pulling inventory, managing stock for a key customer, and operating a forklift (certification provided) Cover the afternoon and evening workload so the team has full-day coverage Candidate Requirements 2+ years of domestic freight operations experience with a forwarder, 3PL or carrier Hands-on experience booking LTL, FTL and/or domestic air Comfortable with a mix of desk work and light warehouse work Organised, proactive and customer-focused Able to work 10am–7pm, fully onsite in South San Francisco Domestic ocean or warehouse experience is a plus What You Can Expect $75,000–$85,000 base, depending on experience 401(k) with company match 3–4 weeks PTO plus sick time Forklift certification provided A growing team with real room to develop as domestic and warehouse operations expand Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
