As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Dock Team Lead who will be responsible for loading & unloading incoming and outgoing loads. This role reports to the Operations Manager. The incumbent takes charge of the entire shipping/receiving process to ensure all shipments meet transport pick up times. Responsibilities: § Responsible for the accurate and efficient process of loading & unloading freight § Updating shipping & receiving documents § Responsible for door and yard fluidity and management § Ensures compliance with all appropriate policies, best practices and safety rules § Maintains process management, productivity measurements, and quality control § Willing to work occasional extended hours as required and able to handle up to 50 pound boxes § Other duties as required Qualifications & Key Competencies: § Forklift Certified § Experience in a Dock Supervisor role a must - in an LTL freight setting preferred § Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing § Good analytical and mathematical skills § Strong organizational skills; attention to detail § Ability to meet urgent deadlines § Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently Hours and Location: § Monday to Friday 03:00am-12:00pm § Terminal Location: Edmonton, AB (West End) Remuneration: $55,000 - $60,000 based on experience Benefits: § A supportive work environment § Medical benefits plan § KPI Bonus plan Intended Job Posting Audience: Anyone who can legally work in Canada Interested and qualified applicants should apply online or forward resumes by November 13, 2026: To: Angel Gollogly E-mail: angelg@appscargo.com We thank all applicants for their interest however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
