Overview We are hiring a Warehouse Manager who is in charge of optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring seamless distribution, and driving process improvements. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily warehouse activities, manage inventory control systems, and coordinate logistics to meet organizational goals. Your leadership will empower teams to operate efficiently, safely, and with precision, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Duties Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, delivery preparation, and equipment returns. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products and supplies. Monitor equipment availability to meet patient and referral source needs. Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventories. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained. Brightree Management Utilize Brightree to track inventory, equipment assets, deliveries, pickups, repairs, and returns. Monitor inventory transactions and ensure accurate system documentation. Run reports to analyze inventory trends and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with intake, billing, and management teams to ensure accurate documentation and order processing within Brightree. Team Leadership Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate two Patient Service Technicians and one Warehouse Technician. Schedule staff to ensure adequate warehouse coverage and efficient workflow. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on customer service and accountability. Equipment Management Ensure all returned equipment is properly inspected, cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for redistribution according to company standards. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment as necessary. Monitor equipment utilization and availability. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HQAA standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records related to inventory, equipment tracking, and warehouse activities. Follow OSHA and workplace safety requirements. Participate in audits and assist with corrective action plans as needed. Collaboration Partner with intake, customer service, billing, and clinical teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and patient satisfaction. Communicate inventory shortages, delays, and operational concerns to management. Assist with operational projects aimed at improving efficiency and customer service. Requirements: Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of warehouse management, inventory management, or operations leadership experience. Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME), medical supply distribution, healthcare logistics, or related field preferred. Experience using Brightree software strongly preferred. Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse management practices. Proficiency in Brightree or similar healthcare inventory management systems. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to analyze reports and inventory data. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform warehouse-related physical tasks. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
