Job Summary and Qualifications The Division Director of Supply Chain Operations (DDSCO) is responsible for leading, implementing, measuring, and directing select supply chain operations within Surgery Ventures Group. Also provides operational direction to SVG facilities and assists with the implementation of Corporate directed initiatives as well as other activities assigned by the executive team. DDSCO is responsible for building strategic relationships with direct reports, executive team, and key stakeholders in each division of SVG to perform required services successfully. Responsible for onboarding and education of Regional Materials Manager team for SVG, and provides leadership guidance regarding supply processes to all facilities. This individual is responsible for leading change positively and seeking to understand, meet and exceed customer needs. What you will do in this role: Provide leadership and strategic direction in Supply Chain Operations and supply expense management. Collaborates with Division/Facility Senior Leadership and provides Division, Facility and Companywide strategy related to the Supply Chain. Communicates strategic recommendations and executes a course of action for overall improvement in operations, and expense management. Participate in the creation and/or implementation of tools and best practices. Develop and implement policies and procedures that guide and support service level expectations.
