Distribution/ Warehouse Manager

Redco Foodservice Equipment NOW HIRING Distribution / Warehouse Manager Location: Kansas City, MO We are seeking an experienced and motivated Distribution/Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and distribution activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the foodservice equipment industry , strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage inventory, shipments, and warehouse personnel. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Manage inventory and ensure accurate records, equipment handling, and order fulfillment. Coordinate shipments and deliveries with manufacturers, freight carriers, dealers, and customers. Supervise, train, and support warehouse personnel while maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing. Qualifications High school diploma required; additional education or relevant training preferred. Experience in the foodservice equipment industry is helpful. Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory management experience; supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, computer, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. What We Offer Competitive compensation, benefits, and 401k.
