Distribution Center Operations Manager

Hallowell is currently seeking an DC Operations Manager for our Battleboro, NC distribution center. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of shipping orders. Communicates with customer service representatives concerning product shipments. The daily management of the flow of products to meet customer requirements. Identifies, troubleshoots and resolves issues preventing, delaying or otherwise encumbering product flow to include inventory accuracy. Leads regular shift meetings to communicate team progress, forecasts workload, safety reminders and other pertinent information. Ensures departmental and company processes, policies and procedures are adhered to by direct reports. Responsible for ensuring the training of all direct reports on departmental and company processes, policies and procedures. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems. Must maintain a safe and clean work environment. Must have previous experience utilizing warehouse management application software. Must be proficient utilizing Microsoft Office and Outlook.
