Distribution Center Dealer Returns

Who we are LeMans Corporation is a leading provider of aftermarket powersports and automotive products, supporting riders, racers, and enthusiasts around the world! Overview Dealers Returns is accountable for accurately and efficiently check-in of product returned by dealers. The role prepares all paperwork related to returns, preparing packages to be shipped, and sorting products to be re-stocked. Essential Functions Assists in off-loading return packages, retrieves return packages that have been dropped off at other doors Processes returned products using authorization numbers entered by customer service Completes manual paperwork for products returned that no authorization was entered for Completes manual paperwork for refused packages Sorts products returned in totes to be stocked again Separates out RTV items, prepares RTV paperwork as required by vendor. Packages product for shipping with proper paperwork Maintains orderly housekeeping of assigned area, disposing of all packing materials according to company standards Adheres to all company safety rules and regulations Maintains strict confidentiality Other tasks as assigned and/or needed Required Qualifications and Education 1 year experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred Ability to work well in a team Basic mathematics skills Excellent MS Suites skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Good organizational skills Good time management skills Physical Demands Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
