Distribution Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Distribution Associate to join our warehouse and distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining an efficient and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution facility. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments and merchandise. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for accurate and timely distribution. Sort, label, and arrange products according to warehouse procedures. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles. Move materials and products throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records. Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors. Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage and work areas. Follow established warehouse procedures and workplace safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Assist with additional warehouse and distribution tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic organizational and time management skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move packages and materials as required by the position. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and operating procedures.
