Distribution Associate

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Distribution Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring that products are received, processed, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles. Sort, organize, and move products throughout the distribution facility. Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy. Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment and material-handling tools as needed. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow company procedures and established safety guidelines. Assist with general warehouse and distribution duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, distribution, or shipping experience is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math and inventory counting skills. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
