This role is vital in ensuring accurate stock receipt, data integrity, and seamless coordination across supply chain functions. Duties Lead the end-to-end inventory intake process, including receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery schedules Conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies or delays in inventory intake, implementing corrective actions promptly Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, merchandising, and finance to streamline processes and improve accuracy Perform data mining and analysis using tools to identify trends, forecast demand, and support demand planning strategies Drive continuous process improvement initiatives focused on inventory control, supply chain analytics, and warehouse operations efficiency Skills Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively Experience with demand planning, forecasting tools, MRP systems, and merchandising strategies Knowledge of receiving procedures in a dispensaries Adequate Metrc knowledge around adjustments and intake Ability to follow SOP's around inventory intake Urgency around product intake and getting it out on the sales floor This role is perfect for someone passionate about streamlining operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
