Dispatcher/Service Writer

What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally and efficiently Schedule and dispatch service technicians Create, review, and manage service work orders Review completed work orders for accuracy and determine if additional attention, parts, or follow-up is needed Communicate job details clearly with technicians and office staff Handle customer billing questions and provide support as needed Prepare monthly billing draws for commercial projects Assist department heads and sales staff as needed Update job notes, schedules, and customer information Provide excellent customer service from first call through job completion Be back up to main operator for company. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Able to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure Solid computer skills and ability to learn dispatch and service software Previous dispatch, service writing, or office experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Looking for a long-term career, not just a job Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay depending on experience Medical and vision insurance Voluntary Dental and accidental & life insurance Paid holidays and paid time off 401(k) retirement plan with 4% matching.
