Dispatcher Chuck and Eddies Used Auto Parts - Plantsville Chuck and Eddie’s - is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and organized person who is able to multitask in a fast-paced Full-time Dispatch Position. Job Responsibilities includes but not limited to. Work with the Drivers daily to ensure goals are met. Meet with management monthly to discuss goals. Meet weekly with the Drivers to discuss policy and areas of improvement Handle customer complaints and on road issues Train and develop new staff. Increase overall car totals through efficient scheduling and quality service. Develop a team environment Chuck and Eddies is an industry leader in used auto part sales and customer service. Skills Very good written and oral communication capacity. Experience in towing and dispatch is required. Must have basic computer skills, should be comfortable in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Apps, Drive and etc. Must be able to function in a fast pace/high call volume environment.
