Job Description: Full-Time Dispatcher | No CDL Needed! | Exciting Trucking Logistics Position | Small Fleet - Great Support! Young’s Heavy Hauling is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Dispatcher to join our team in Burlington, North Carolina. We’re looking for someone who can keep trucks moving, coordinate loads efficiently, and communicate effectively with drivers and customers. Pay: $16 per hour with Safety Incentive Bonus for a 6-month Contract — with the option to extend! Monday through Friday, 8-5 or 9-6 Looking For Your First Opportunity? We Have A Place For You! Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch trucks, drivers, and loads efficiently. Communicate with drivers, customers, brokers, and other team members. Schedule pickups, deliveries, and routes. Track loads and provide timely updates on delivery status. Handle scheduling changes and resolve transportation issues. Maintain accurate dispatch records, load information, and paperwork. Help ensure safe, timely, and efficient operations. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems quickly. Comfortable using computers, phones, email, and dispatch software. Heavy hauling, trucking, or transportation dispatch experience is preferred. Knowledge of DOT regulations and heavy-haul logistics is a plus.
