Dispatcher/Driver

Responsibilities: - Communicate with drivers and customers to coordinate transportation logistics - Utilize GPS and transportation management systems to track and monitor our drivers. Flexible to drive based on business needs. - Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate transportation records - Collaborate with Dispatcher Supervisor and CEO with the coordination of driver assignments, prepares reports on service requests. Assist in transportation planning, including route optimization and scheduling. - Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with drivers, customers, and team members -Cross trained on Opening and Closing procedures -Must be flexible based on business needs Experience: - Previous experience working as a dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred As a dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation department. Your ability to effectively communicate, utilize technology, and coordinate logistics will contribute to the overall success of our business.
