Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

Dispatcher / CSR An up-and-coming service company is looking for a dispatcher who has dispatching experience in a trade and a drive to grow within the company. Most of all, NexLvl Services is looking for a dispatcher who is obsessed with taking care of our customers and provides a quality experience every time they speak with them. Customer service experience in a trade is required. Highest Responsibility: Provide positive customer experiences through helpful and a consistent desire to go above and beyond on every phone call. This includes taking emergency calls, customer support, dispatching technicians, and other office related work.
