Dispatcher/Customer Service

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher. As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients as well as the driver, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey. Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns - Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and maintain an organized database - Utilize phone systems and other communication tools effectively to assist customers in a timely manner - Use Towbooks and Samsara to track calls and drivers, monitor delivery status, and provide real-time updates to customers - Provide exceptional support in resolving any transportation-related issues or delays Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and our drivers. - Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with various computer systems and software programs - Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry is a plus but not needed - Familiarity with Towbooks and Samsara is a plus.
