Dispatcher

RV Dispatcher Dynamic RV Transport is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated dispatcher to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in coordinating RV transportation, supporting our drivers, communicating with customers and dealerships, and helping ensure every load is delivered safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can work in a fast-paced transportation environment, manage multiple priorities, solve problems quickly, and build strong working relationships with professional drivers. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch drivers for Travel Trailer and Fifth Wheel transportation. Assign loads based on driver availability, location, equipment, qualifications, and customer requirements. Communicate daily with drivers regarding load assignments, pickup information, delivery instructions, schedules, and changes. Monitor active loads from pickup through final delivery. Work closely with drivers to resolve scheduling, routing, pickup, and delivery issues. Communicate professionally with RV manufacturers, dealerships, customers, and other transportation partners. Maintain accurate load, driver, pickup, and delivery information within company systems. Verify required documentation is completed and submitted accurately. Assist drivers with questions regarding loads, procedures, and company expectations. Coordinate changing schedules and priorities while minimizing service disruptions. Help identify available freight and opportunities that improve driver productivity and efficiency. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism. Work closely with other members of the Dynamic RV Transport team to support daily operations. Perform additional transportation and dispatch-related duties as needed. Qualifications Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, trucking, or RV transportation experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple drivers, loads, and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where schedules can change throughout the day. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records. Comfortable using computers, transportation software, email, and mobile applications. Ability to communicate professionally with drivers, customers, dealerships, and team members. Knowledge of the RV transportation industry is a plus.
