Company Overview Wyngit Delivery is a Vancouver based last mile delivery company operating across the Lower Mainland and BC. We run a large daily operation with a growing team and fleet, and we promote from within as we grow. Summary Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will run the station floor. You will oversee the driver team from morning loadout through to the last return, dispatch and support drivers on the road, and make sure every route finishes clean. You will help train new drivers, coach the team day to day, and hold everyone to the standards that keep our operation safe and on time. This is a hands on, in station role with early mornings, evenings, and weekend work when required. It suits someone with last mile or logistics experience who leads from the floor and wants to grow their career with a growing company. Responsibilities Run a dispatch shift, either morning loadout or evening return: stage routes, check vehicles and devices, get drivers out on time, and receive them back cleanly Dispatch and support drivers on the road in real time, solving problems before they become missed deliveries Monitor route progress and step in on delays, access issues, and customer escalations Train and onboard new drivers, and conduct on road audits of the team to check safety and delivery standards Hold the team to our processes: scanning, package handling, vehicle inspections, and end of day returns Track daily performance and report issues, trends, and wins to the Operations Manager Support scheduling, attendance tracking, and compliance records Support management wherever needed and step in to keep the operation moving Qualifications At least one year in logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations, with last mile experience strongly preferred Experience leading, training, or supervising a team on a warehouse or station floor Learns quickly, with the ability to pick up dispatch and routing software and new processes fast Calm under pressure, with clear communication by phone, radio, and message Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence and a clean driving record Available for early morning starts, evenings, and weekends as required Why Join Wyngit Competitive base salary with a results based bonus A growing company where strong performers move up quickly, with a clear path from dispatch to operations management Direct exposure to senior leadership and real input into how we operate Extended health care and bonus opportunities Send your resume and a short note on why this role fits you.
